The unit is made up of a large living space that includes the kitchen, a bedroom, full bathroom, and bonus room.
Washer and dryer on-site and shared with the landlords. The landlord has skin sensitivities so laundry soap and dryer sheets will be provided and covered as part of rent. The unit includes a refrigerator and a stove/oven combo unit. The unit is heated with forced air wall units. The entire unit was freshly painted in November 2024.
The property has a large garden in the back and small grass patches in the front. The backyard is mostly cement but the side yard has an area dogs can go to the bathroom. The backyard and side yard are fenced. We are willing to meet any dogs that may want to rent with us. We have a medium sized maltipoo who is usually friendly with other dogs, but best if they meet beforehand since they will ostensibly be sharing some spaces. Cats are not allowed because the landlord is allergic, and the furnace draws air in from the basement. The furnace and hot water tank are in a room with a door separating it from the rental space. The floor is a poured epoxy. Tenants will share utilities with the landlords. The utilities are divided by the number of people living on the property. If one person moves in then they are divided by 3. If 2 people move in then they are divided by 4 etc. (Kids count as a person). Shared utilities: electric, water, sewer, internet, and garbage.
Proof of income of $2,500 per month. First and last month's rent due at move-in ($4,000). Each tenant over the age of 18 will need to have a background check run, which costs $40 per person.
